RazerOptics™ significantly reduces the manual intervention and shutdown process of the liners wear condition, by providing a simple visual status alarm for the wear plates once worn. By optimising the wear plates, allows consistent and even wear across the chute, leading to extended time and reduced preventative maintenance requirements. The CQMS Razer P-Series Spray Pole conveyor belt cleaners combine a proven conveyor belt cleaner design with water sprays to increase conveyor belt cleaner system efficiency by 3-4 times when compared with dry conveyor belt cleaner systems. The water sprays assist conveyor belt cleaner performance in two ways, firstly blasting carried back material from the conveyor belt surface whilst placing the remaining fine particle carry back into a water suspension for removal by the conveyor belt cleaner tips. Secondly, the addition of water acts as a lubricant for the cleaner tips, extending their service life and minimising wear to the conveyor belt cover.
The CQMS Razer P Series Tungsten secondary conveyor belt cleaner is designed to situate behind the pulley where the conveyor belt is most stable. Used in conjunction with a CQMS Razer primary conveyor belt cleaner, the P Series conveyor belt cleaner’s main function is a removal of residual fine product which has passed through the primary conveyor belt cleaner. RUBBADEX® combines Domite® with a rubber backing to achieve wear resistance and noise reduction properties in one. This product is an acoustic wear plate for abrasion and impact applications.
RUBBADEX® uses the same alloy as Domite® which is bonded and backed using either natural rubber or polyurethane. Our RUBBADEX® product is very effective in suppressing noise by up to 13 dbA. The steel backing and rubber sandwich impact toughness to the white iron and reduce vibration transmitted to the supporting structure.
RUBBADEX® wear plates offer an effective solution in mines and quarries, or anywhere there is a combination of wear and noise.

When medium impact and superior wear-resistant castings are required, REMAR® is the solution. Created by CQMS Razer in 1982, REMAR® has a specially-coated steel mesh embedded inside the white iron as insurance against disintegration in operation. In a manner similar to reinforced concrete, the mesh preserves the integrity of the casting in the event of a crack occurring during service. REMAR® has proven to be a cost-effective and outstanding method of using hard, long-life, white iron in applications, where there is low to moderate impact.

NiHard is a white cast iron product with nickel and chromium alloying, which makes this structure suitable for products in high abrasive and high impact conditions.
Nihard can be cast into a variety of shapes (liners, buckets, plates) specific to customer requirements and specifications for multiple applications.
CQMS Razer is the proud pioneer of DOMITE® – a combination of high-chromium moly white iron, metallurgically bonded to a mild steel backing plate. With a nominal hardness of 700 Brinell (63Rc), the white iron casting provides maximum abrasion resistance. The mild steel backing plate is easily welded with minimal preparation and acts as a cushion for the white iron – making it capable of handling impact and abrasion in even the most extreme applications.

CQMS Razer’s facility build and provide a range of service options for the systems, including annual overhauls which includes stripping down, blasting, NDT testing, replacement of a standard set of components, repainting, refitting of all parts and testing.
We will issue you with a service report, certifying that the QDS has been tested with images to confirm the testing process.Your machine is returned in as close to new condition as possible, ensuring the dusting efficiency is well maintained.
