CR COVID-19 Update

Members of the CR (CQMS Razer) community,

As the COVID-19 issue continues to escalate in seriousness in Australia and Globally, CR wishes to communicate that we are committed to joining the wider community and nation in attempting to ‘flatten the curve’ of new virus cases, and respect the importance of the health of our customer’s employees and the commercial continuity of their critical businesses and operations.

Our highest priority is the safety and well-being of the collective employees of our customers, our suppliers and CR, and as such have implemented the following. Remote working for employees (where applicable), stringent health and safety procedures in our manufacturing sites (in accordance with government recommendation) and will implement restrictions to non-essential mine-site visits from this week.

It is important to note, however, that our CR employees will still do all they can to assist with ensuring that our customer’s business and mine-site runs effectively. This will include working with stores and procurement personnel to ensure that adequate stock levels are maintained. It will also include responding to critical or emergency site issues, including attending sites to provide advice or information, if this is required and agreed with the customer.

Additionally, we wish to communicate that all current manufacturing sites and supply chain mechanisms are fully operational. We have not seen, and do not foresee, any concerns with maintaining normal supply levels for all products.

We are committed to contribute to the well-being of the wider community, and will provide our customers updates on the situation whenever necessary.
