Used in conjunction with a CQMS Razer primary conveyor belt cleaner, the P Series conveyor belt cleaner’s main function is a removal of residual fine product which has passed through the primary conveyor belt cleaner. CQMS Razer P Series Tungsten conveyor belt cleaners can be installed in tandem to provide optimal cleaner system efficiency or used in conjunction with water sprays for the ultimate in conveyor belt cleaner performance.

The CQMS Razer P-Series Spray Pole conveyor belt cleaners combine a proven conveyor belt cleaner design with water sprays to increase conveyor belt cleaner system efficiency by 3-4 times when compared with dry conveyor belt cleaner systems. The water sprays assist conveyor belt cleaner performance in two ways, firstly blasting carried back material from the conveyor belt surface whilst placing the remaining fine particle carry back into a water suspension for removal by the conveyor belt cleaner tips. Secondly, the addition of water acts as a lubricant for the cleaner tips, extending their service life and minimising wear to the conveyor belt cover.

Specifically designed to effect greater conveyor belt cleaner performance at the centre of the conveyor belt, the CQMS Razer You Series is best suited to conveyor belts which have a greater wear profile through the centre of the conveyor belt. The conveyor belt cleaner blade profile removes a greater proportion of fine carry back from the worn area of theconveyor belt where other conveyor belt cleaner variants style may have a tendency to pass over thus leaving the finest of particles in place.
An extension of the CQMS Razer Single Stabilising Roller assembly, the CQMS Razer Dual Stabilising Roller assembly provides conveyor belt stability from both above and below the conveyor belt. Specifically designed for conveyor belt cleaner systems where secondary and tertiary conveyor belt cleaners cannot be installed close to a pulley or where severe belt harmonics exist, the Dual Stabilising Roller assembly allows for optimal conveyor belt cleaner performance in areas where conveyor belt stability would otherwise reduce conveyor belt cleaner efficiency.
CQMS Razer’s Single Stabilising Roller assembly is used to improve overall conveyor belt cleaner system performance by increasing conveyor belt stability and maintaining tip to conveyor belt contact. CQMS Razer’s Single Stabilising Roller assembly can be retrofitted into existing conveyor belt or designed in prior to manufacture. CQMS Razer’s Single Stabilising Roller assembly is designed to allow for existing onsite rollers to be utilised thus reducing the requirements for non-standard rollers.
CQMS Razer Vee Ploughs provide constant protection against fugitive materials from entering into tail and take-up pulleys. CQMS Razer Vee Ploughs use gravity to maintain constant conveyor belt contact whilst long life polyurethane blades reduce servicing requirements to a minimum.
Providing constant protection against material entering the tail and take-up pulleys the CQMS Razer Failsafe Vee Plough is specifically designed for conveyor belts with higher operating speeds. The CQMS Razer Failsafe offers a self-adjusting plough with a dual pole mounting configuration to help eliminate plough vibration usually associated with increased belt speed. The CQMS Razer Failsafe plough geometry integrates nose dive prevention into the design and comes standard with a safety chain for added protection.
Where access to a conveyor belt is limited or material is to be shed to one side of the conveyor belt the CQMS Razer Diagonal Plough is best suited for these applications. CQMSRazer Diagonal Ploughs are available in single and reversing models for any conveyor belt application.
The CQMS Razer Tunnel Track belt tracker is suited to applications where conveyor belt tracking poses an ongoing issue to conveyor belt performance. By deforming the conveyor belt, the CQMS Razer Tunnel Track belt tracker forces the conveyor belt to maintain the desired position. Best suited for short centered and reversing conveyors where belt tracking can cause problems with conveyor belt reliability.
CQMS Razer Track belt trackers are a custom built design to suit the individual needs of the conveyor belt and application. The CQMS Razer Track belt tracker designs incorporate both Return and Trough trackers with varying Roller configurations.
